CC1352R: how to calculate Battery lifetime of cc1352R

Part Number: CC1352R
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: MSP430FR2433

Dear Experts,

Currently, i am trying to make an smart flow meter(mechanical-pulse) device, so that i used MSP430fr2433 for pulse capturing and store the pulse count then cc1352r collect the stored data(pulse count) through UART (DIO25-TX, DIO-26-RX), then transmit through sub-1-GHZ at 2.5kbps settings for an long range.

i have used 19000maH battery for my device, my device consumption is 200-300uA at sleep(30min), during transmission greater than 20 to 40mA -<2sec.

Here my doubt is my battery getting drain at just less than 100days with above power consumption, i can't figure out the reason. so please guide me to find the solution.

i wrote the code based on rf packet tx example and uart call back using semaphore. i have attached previous discussion for your reference. it has my code for your review.

i used ER34615, 19000mah battery, i have attached my battery datasheet below.
