LAUNCHXL-CC1310: Whether CC1310 High Speed Mode has use PN9_WhiteDate to process message?

when two cc1310 communicate each other, I found that when the cc1310 TX send all_zero packet,the cc1310 RX will easily recieve data timeout or cannot recieve packet,thus I wander if cc1310 HS mode not use PN9_WhiteDate,so the all_zero packet will lead communication fail
