FLASH-PROGRAMMER: SmartRF Flash Programmer v2 crashes silently while erasing the CC1310 flash

Hi,

I'm using a CC1310 wireless module and have attempted to upgrade its firmware using SmartRF Flash Programmer v2 and an XDS110 debugger [TMDSEMU110-U].

While the CC1310 is successfully detected, I encounter an issue when trying to erase the firmware using 'CC26xx/CC13xx Forced Mass Erase'. The process halts as shown in the attached screenshot, and the Flash Programmer v2 application abruptly crashes without displaying any error messages.

This problem persists across three different Windows 10 Pro (22H2) computers. Could anyone provide guidance on how to resolve this issue?
