CC1352R: CC1352R DMM BLE & 15.4 long connection time

I am starting to work with DMM 15.4 collector remote display example from 7.10.02.23 and when use Bluetooth application such as "Light Blue" to connect to the the collector, it takes over 30sec + to make the connection. Is there a way to reduce this connection time. I have tried to connect to the device using other mobile BLE applications and it still take an extreme amount of time to connect to the BLE collector.

Using https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ti.connectivity.simplelinkconnect&hl=en_US

and the dmm_154collector_remote_display_app_CC1352R1_LAUNCHXL_tirtos7_ticlang project, I connected in about 2 seconds to the CC1352R1 Launchpad.

Can you run the same test with this app, or the host_test + BTool software on your PC?

I was able to test using a different mobile device and the connection time was greatly reduced. This seems to resolve the problem. But that leads me to my next question regarding the policies of the DMM. What is thier purpose? does this allow you to dynamically shift stack prioritization.
