CC1101-Q1: Is the maximum data rate 250kBaud or 500kBaud?

Tool/software:

Below are two snapshot from the datasheet regarding the data rate,

  1.  From Introduction section, it indicates the maximum data rate is 250kBaud,
  2.  From the '3.8 Data Rate Programming' section, it states that "The data rate can be set from 1.2 kBaud to 500 kBaud",

Could you please clarify which one is accurate?
