Thanks for the response, however I didn't find any data there related to Functional Safety FIT (Base Failure Rate) Estimates per IEC 62380 and SN 29500.
Above failure rates are summarized by technology and mapped to the associated material part numbers. It's often derived from reliability testing, such as High Temperature Operating Life (HTOL) and Early Life Failure Rate (ELFR) testing.
I am interested in Component Base Failure Rates (BFR) per Siemens Norm SN 29500-2, which are then used to derive functional FIT rates, taking into account various factors like temperature, voltage, and operating conditions.
