Hi everyone,

I want to know the behavior of CC115L.

When this device has clock failed during IDLE state, is there a possibility that the current flows from XOSC_Q2 pin?

For example, when XOSC_Q2 is short to GND, is there a possibility that the current flows from this device?

Hi,

Yes, the pins are DC coupled, so the voltage appears on those pins. If those Pins are shorted to Gnd then current flows and it may even damage the device.
