HI,If the SYNC_CFG1.SYNC_MODE=000,Tx mode wasn't succed to start in data rate of 115.2kbps,but low data rate(e.g. 57.6kbps,76.8kbps) can be succed to start.

The main setting of device was configured as following:

IOCFG3=0x11,IOCFG2=0x42,IOCFG1=0xB0,IOCFG0=0x46,

SYNC_CFG1=0x09,SYNC_CFG0=0x38,

PKT_CFG2.PKT_FORMAT=00,PKT_CFG0.LENGTH_CONFIG=10,

PREAMBLE_CFG1=0x00,PREAMBLE_CFG0=0xFF,

SETTLING_CFG=0x0B,

RFEND_CFG1=0x3F,RFEND_CFG0=0x30,

FIFO_CFG=0x7C

- What do you define as "succeed to start"?
- Why do you turn off the sync word?
- Note that PKT_SYNC_RXTX will not assert if you don't use a sync word.
- It should be no difference between 115.2 kbps and 57.6 kbps in this regards. If the datarate, deviation and Rx Bw setting different between the various datarates?

In TX mode,device can't transmit user data in 115.2kbps,but it can transmit user data in 57.6kbps.
-Why do you turn off the sync word?
In Tx mode,the preamble and sync word was included in user data,i needn't use device's preamble and sync word.

How do you measure if the device is transmitting or not?

In Tx mode,i check the NUM_TXBYTES.

Meaning that for one datarate you see that the NUM_TXBYTES are constant but in the other it goes down?

Is the code you use for the two datarates equal?

Yes,The NUM_TXBYTES are constant in 115.2kbps,the other it goes down.
Is the code you use for the two datarates equal?
Yes,The datarates is the same on between Tx and Rx mode.
