CC1310: breakout board programming

Hello,

I've been designing a simple breakout board for CC1310F128RHBT. And I'm wondering if I will able to program it via the CC1310-LAUNCHXL.

Yes, you can use XDS110 Debugger on LAUNCHXL-CC1310 to program your CC1310. You have to connect JTag pins and RESET_N.
