CC115L: does the chip support -6dBm at 314MHZ/250Kbps

i try to set the chip to -6dBm at 314MHZ/250kbps, the smartRF studio shows that "Valid values for TX power, Highest TX power with ramping: 10 dBm". is is possiable to set the chip to -6dBm at 314MHZ/250kbps, which would be used in Japan.

and we try to set the PATABLE to 0x35, the output power is -6dBm indeed, but the value 0x35 is not suppored in the SmartRF studio. can i use the PATABLE value '0x35' to set the output power to -6dBm?

This looks like a bug in SmartRF Studio.

www.ti.com/.../swra151a.pdf applies to CC115L as well.

Dear TER,

Thanks for your comments. Please also kindly help to comment when we can fix it in the future version SmartRF Studio.
One more question, seems the current consumption is almost the same( ~10+mA) when the TX power setting <0dBm. So how to understand this?

Dear TER: thank you for your reply. I need to comfirm with you that: the doc you gave is for CC1101, does it be suitable for CC115L absolutely?

Not very likely this bug will be fixed since it's just for the combination of 315 MHz and -6 dBm and it's possible to get around.

For settings giving < 0 dBm the output stage of the PA will have limited contribution to the total current consumption and then the current consumption will not change much when changing the settings.
