SMARTRFTRXEBK: The board will not detect the radio chip inserted

Hello.

I've got two TrxEB development board with a 868 MHz radio. One of the boards will not detect a inserted radio chip. The LED above the enable/disable switch i just blinking. When i connect to the SmartRF Studio app the TrxEB board is detected but claims that no chip is present. But when i switch the radio board from one board to the other the error is the same, so the problem must be with the TrxEB board.

Is there a way to fix/reset this error? Or do i need a new board?

Henrik,

I think you need to perform what is called a "recovery" on the board in question. The recovery process is described here:

in Section 11.1.

I had bent a pin on the board. Now it works again. But nice to know the procedure for an other time :)
