CC1310: Suggestion for a Graphical LCD for CC1310

Hello All,

I am currently using CC1310 4x4mm as a 433 MHZ transmitter. Instead of using LUNCH PAD for the receiver, I should create a separated board to receive the transmitted data.

1. Since my transmitter is CC1310 4x4mm, using  CC1310 7x7mm or CC1310 4x4mm for the receiver will make any difference in the performance?
   
   
2. We are close to our deadline to deliver the project and I want to monitor the data on the colorful (graphical) LCD. Would you please suggest an easy-to-work graphical LCD to connect to my CC1310 receiver ?
