I need a touchscreen display to use with the LAUNCHXL-CC1312R. Can someobody suggest me?

Hi,

What about this one: www.ti.com/.../BOOSTXL-K350QVG-S1
This uses SPI interface and should be fairly easy to get up and running with CC1312R.

I have one which works fine on the MSP432P401R, and the only problem is that some of the launchpad pins don't match with the 1312 so it will take some work to port grlib. That is next on my list of projects. 8^)
