We don't have a schematic like this. You have to read the TRXEB userguide () and see how you can connect to the SPI pins on the TRXEB and disconnect the MSP on the board. 

Arduino IDE: I can't answer that since you are not using  TI MCU.

For SPI connection between onboard MSP430 and CC1200 EM, do I need to specify the connection separately and wire the defined pins in the code to the pins on CC1200 or when I mount the CC1200 EM on TrxEB, they are already connected? Please refer to the attached photo for the clarification my question. Thanks in advance!

And also, I am using port 6 of MSP430 breakout I/Os for ADC. Does it work? I mean, If I connect some sensors to that pins, can I capture their data?

Going back to the original question: I got the impression that you wanted a STM MCU connected to CC1200.Which interface do you want to use since the pictures only show a TRXEB + EM? 

Thanks for your reply. At this point, I plan to program it with on-board MSP430. So , do I need to wire CC1200 breakout pins to the on-board MSP430's breakout pins?
