we're going crazy with the smartRf study. we're using Version 2.13.1 of Smart RFStudio

We made a configuration on CC1120 registers, however, if we change to an other tap software, automatically, some registers have changed as a random way.

Yes, that is unfortunately how the tool works. Some registers require different setting dependent on the tab you are using and hence you will will see them change. I would advice to save the setup you have found for a tab to easy to be able to find back if you change tab.
