You can download SIMPLELINK-CC13X0-SDK_3.20.00.23 which has drivers and easylink firmware for CC1350STK.

After you install SDK, it should be under C:\ti\simplelink_cc13x0_sdk_3_20_00_23\examples\rtos\CC1350STK\easylink

The source code of original firmware is not available. I attach the hex file for you so you can download to your CC1350STK.
