BOOSTXL-CC1120-90: MSP-EXP430G2 - SWRA493 - SAMPLE SOFTWARE NOT WORKING

Can not get the sample software to work on the MSP-EXP430G2 or MSP-EXP430G2ET boards. Has TI ever run this software on one of these boards? Seems to me the software requires the 32KHz crystal to run using P2.6 and P2.7 but P2.7 is needed for SPI CS on the radio. Can someone please help?

Hi,

The CC112x-CC1190 BoosterPack module is designed to use with the MSP-EXP430F5529 and

MSP-EXP430G2553 LaunchPad development kits and as well as to work as a stand-alone module by

using SmartRF Studio application software. This is clearly mentioned in the App note SWRA492. So, it may not work on those boards.

Hi,

Just a question, if the MSP-EXP430G2 and MSP-EXP430G2ET boards (using MSP430G2553 micros on both), are not the "MSP-EXP430G2553 LaunchPad development kits" can you please tell me which ones are?
