What's the purpose of the section of the circuit highlighted in this image? Thanks.

    The resistor is to shift the DC point on the PA node slightly down to get lower stress on the output transistor in the PA. The cap in parallel with the resistor is a AC short to VDD. The inductor is required for biasing the PA. Search for "rf pa topology" to find a simplified PA schematic.
