CC1310: EMC testing fail.

Have you contacted Ebyte on this? Since they are selling a module I would assume that Ebyte have tested the module and assure that they pass the regulation they claim they are compatible with. 

Here is te report the lab test our sensor sent us.

We emailed ebyte, but they didn't reply yet.

We don't know how Ebyte has implemented their module. From the results it could look like they don't have the recommended filtering on the harmonics to pass.

About harmonic filter, do we refer to this circuit? Is here at RF_P and RF_N pin?

The schematic you attached is the TI schematic for our EM. I doubt that E70 use a schematic directly from TI. This schematic is not consistent with the pinout of the E70 either.

Which value does this L have? 

I find it a bit odd to place an inductor directly on the antenna. Could it be that this is an ESD diode? 

If you got this from EByte, did you manage to get a comment from them?

We emailed ebyte to get schematic of E70 module but they haven't reply yet. So we open the shield of the E70 module then draw schematic from the PCB.
We pretty sure this is a inductor , not a ESD diode.

This is not following our 433 MHz ref design as far as I can see. It's not possible for us to say anything about the performance if the ref design is not followed. I would push EByte more since they have (or should have) some documentation that this module is compliant to the regulations in question.

We reduce the TX power to 10dBm and passed the RF Harmonics test. But it failed the  EMC RE  test at 530 MHz.
Any suggest ?

I see that EByte has a CE certificate on their web side for this module. Have you asked for the full report? Which regulation(s) are you trying to be compliant to, from the report it looks like you are testing against EN301489-1-3 but is that relevant for 433 MHz? 

Which frequency are you sending on here? I need to see if it's any relation between the wanted frequency and the spur.

We asked ebyte CE certificate , but they did not send us. We are testing against  EN301489-1-3.
The Frequency of our sensor is 433.92MHz.
