CC1200EMK-420-470: stops receiving when ambient temp is above 40 degrees Celsius

Part Number: CC1200EMK-420-470
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CC1200

I have been working with the CC1200EMK, I have noticed that the cc1200 stops receiving packets when the ambient temp is above 40 degrees Celsius . I have checked if the chip is still working by reading the FSCAL_CTRL which it indicates the FS is out of lock. The cc1200 start receiving when the temperature goes below 40 degrees Celsius

I would like to understand what are the best practice when dealing with such high temperature environments by means of register settings. (I am using default values)
