Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CC1101,
Hi
The customer gets two different chip IDs reading of two CL110L: 0x17 and 0x07, but in the datasheet, there is only one chip ID - 0x17.
Do we have modification on the chip ID of CL110L?
Thank you.

For the CC1101 and CC110L the type of bound wire was changed a few years back and I believe that the ID also was changed then. Customers should have received a PCN about this.
The performance etc for chips with ID 0x07 and 0x17 are the same.
Hi TER
Thank you.

I have to check regarding the PCN
As I wrote, the performance etc for chips with ID 0x07 and 0x17 are the same. Meaning that no changes are required. A user will not notice that a 0x07 is communicating with a 0x17 or a 0x07. The change is transparent for a user.
The PCN does not cover that the ID has been changed since this register is mainly for internal use. Would you be able to post a picture of the marking on one of the chips with 0x07 and on of the chips with 0x17 ID?
Thanks for your prompt reply.
The chip marking shot supplied by the customer is too blurry. If it is possible I will record the marking of these two kinds of chip on-site and update it to you late.
