Hello,

I've done some development with the CC1312 Launch Pad and I used syscfg to configure the peripherals (specifically the GPIO). I'm doing some more testing on the CC1350 but as far as I can tell syscfg isn't supported for the CC1350. How can I configure the CC1350's GPIO pins (and other peripherals)?

Hi Devin,

You are correct that the SysConfig tool is not available for CC1350 devices.

I'd recommend taking a look an example like pinInterrupt (https://dev.ti.com/tirex/explore/node?node=ADrMcxSIVgtg7.I9wir-GA__eCfARaV__LATEST) or gpioInterrupt (https://dev.ti.com/tirex/explore/node?node=AMZR7YXqb9TkXdnMbUU8CQ__eCfARaV__LATEST) to see how to configure a GPIO for the CC1350.

Thanks for the reply Daniel. I do have one follow-up. The documentation for gpiointerrupt mentions a Board.c file, I only see a Board.h file. Is the config the documentation mentions done in the Board.h file or am I missing something? Also, it mentions 'gpioButtonFxn0' is configured in Board.c but I haven't been able to find that item in any of the source or header files.

The Board.c file in this case is CC1310_LAUNCHXL.c.

In the gpioInterrupt example, the gpioButtonFxn0() function is defined in gpiointerrupt.c

 *  Callback function for the GPIO interrupt on Board_GPIO_BUTTON0.
 */
void gpioButtonFxn0(uint_least8_t index)
{
    /* Clear the GPIO interrupt and toggle an LED */
    GPIO_toggle(Board_GPIO_LED0);
}

This function is set as a callback for the GPIO here:

    /* install Button callback */
    GPIO_setCallback(Board_GPIO_BUTTON0, gpioButtonFxn0);
