Do you have a Datasheet with the PWB outline Dimensions, board thickness, mounting and component hole and locations?

I will create 3D data base upon these information by myself.

I can not find these information in this EVM's design files.

Have you checked the gerber files in for drill information? The readme.txt covers the PCB board thickness.

What is the use case for this?
