CC1101: Security features

Team, my customer would like to implement a higher level of security on CC1101 (that they already use) including:

1. FHSS – Frequency hopping
2. Data whitening
3. Lightweight data encryption (keys shared by lights)
4. Listen before transmit

Can you please provide some direction how best to approach it?
