CC1120-CC1190EM915RD: Compatibility with LAUNCHXL CC3220

Hello. Is the cc1120-cc1190 boosterpack reference design compatible with the LAUNCHXL CC3220? I see that CC1350 and CC3220 hace same processor (Not sure about the MCU). The only difference I could find is that one has Wifi only and the other one has Sub-GHz. I was thinking if the cc1120-cc1190 boosterpack was compatible with CC3220 thus I get both long range sub-GHz and WifFi.

If you mean to control CC1120-CC1190 from CC3220, it should be no problem.

Thanks, this helps a lot. Can you please also clarify if my assumption is right (I'm trying my best to make it clear):

My expected design-
C1 = client1 (uses 2.4GHz Wifi)
A = 3220
B = 1120-1190
C2 = client2 (uses Sub-GHz)

(C1)<--wifi-->(A)<--OS-->(B)<--Sub-1GHz->(C2)

C1 wants to share some data with C2.

My question is, if this is possible, then I should be able to moitor, control, forward the packet flow of the 1120-1190 boosterpack with 3220, right?

If so, is there any reference guide that might help me?

There’s no problem according to your diagram but I don’t know there’s any reference design for this.
