CC1310: CC1310 without external reset IC

Hi,

As you know CC13xx and CC26xx are designed to be powered from a coin cell battery.
I would like to confirm if it is safe to design without any external reset IC when operating
from a coin battery? There is no much details in the datasheet.

What will happen if the VDDS is lesser than the BOD/POR threshold (For example 1V), will it be in reset state?
Can we assume If VDDS is below valid supply range the device will be in reset?

Yes, the device will be reset by the internal supply supervision module if the voltage is about 50 mV below the supply range stated in the datasheet.

Does the CC1310's Reset feature has hysteresis?

For example if VDDS is 1.8V and if the load varies causing
VDDS to drop below 1.8V, without hysteresis there might be repeated
OFF/ON cycles many times.
