CC1310: Is there a Libary available to build a PC-test Software using JTAG interface ( for quick production test of PCB)

Hello

We are using CC1310 and in the Production we want to do a quick check if all components are populated proper.

there we want to check the centre frequency and the power out  with a spectrum analyser

with the signal generator we want to sent out a rf package with low power to check the sensitivity of the product.

All this I could do with with out a firmware in the CC1310 with the smart RF studio.

Can we buy the Library the SmartRF Studio is using  to integrate the this function in the Automated Production test ?

or is there any Third Party provider of such a Libary?
