CC1310: Is there a BSDL file available for Production Board testing?

Do we have a BSDL file available for the CC1310? If yes what are the condition to share it?
I did not find it on the TI web under "Tools and Software/models":

Not that I'm aware of.

What is the use case here? Boundary scan is run on the chip as part of the production test.

The purpose is board testing at production. You can for example directly toggle the pin on the device to test the connection to external devices like a // or serial flash. You could as well program the serial flash too.
Does it mean that there was never request to provide a BSDL files for the CC13xx/CC26xx or CC32xx SoCs?

Apparently the required logic to do the sort of BSDL required for a product test as you need is not implemented on CC13XX/ CC26XX and it will therefore not be possible to provide BSDL files. I don't know what is the case for CC32XX, you have to check in the relevant forum for this device family.
