CCS/CC1310: 4Mbps High Speed Mode Support at 433MHz

I read relevant threads in this community like below and know someone has asked the similar question about whether cc1310 can support 4Mbps high speed mode at 433MHz.

Unfortunately, it seems no support in the past and even now for the latest SDK. Is it right? if yes, is it the cc1310 limitation?

I know cc1310 is using 8-FSK modulation for its 4Mbps high speed mode. Is it possible to use GFSK for the same mode?

Teddy,

Its a hardware limitation that is frequency dependent. We are not able to and will not be able to run at 4mbps at 433MHz.

It's clear for 4Mbps at 433MHz.

How about the GFSK support for 4Mbps at 433MHz, 868MHz or 915MHz in my another question? You mean the same hardware limitation, right? I am sorry to mention clearly these in my question.

Teddy,

To support 4-5Mbps at any frequency we have to use 8FSK. At 2.5GHz we are able to create a 5mbps solution, however at 868-928 we were forced to lower the data rate to 4Mbps to get the same 8FSK system to work and at lower than 868MHz it does not work either.

I believe we can get a 1mbps 2GFSK to run at 433MHz, but anything above that is not possible.
