LAUNCHXL-CC1350: LAUNCHXL-CC1350 EU

My requirement is to implement Wireless Mbus to read data from water meter(T1 mode, OMSv3) using serial interface,for this purpose I am using CC1350 Launchpad EU.
Since I am first time working on TI as well as 'sub-1GHz' family I referred link "www.ti.com/.../TIDA-01531
and studied document "Low-Power wM-Bus Communications Module Reference Design" as well as application note
"Using the MSP430FR6047 Wireless M-Bus Serial Library for Metering Applications" and following are the observations:
-While studying "Low-Power wM-Bus Communications Module Reference Design", I found that 'Wireless M-Bus Suite by STACKFORCE GmbH' has been
discontinued hence was not able to implement basic communication between two CC1350 Launchpads.
-While studying "Using the MSP430FR6047 Wireless M-Bus Serial Library for Metering Applications", I found that stack is using
"Serial MAC Protocol V1"(OMSv3.0.1-compliant) for communication but documentation for WMbus-OMSv3.0.1-compliant is not available
since present "Wireless M-Bus Protocol Software" provided by TI is OMSv4.1.2 complaint with documentation available.
- Also both "Low-Power wM-Bus Communications Module Reference Design" and "Using the MSP430FR6047 Wireless M-Bus Serial Library for Metering Applications"
are not updated as per OMSv4.1.2 complaint hence I am finding difficult to communicate two CC1350 Launchpads to verify the communication.

Please provide "WMbus-OMSv3.0.1-compliant" documentation or guide me to implement basic communication between two CC1350 Launchpads using OMSv4.1.2 complaint
wMbus stack.
