Hi Team，

I am learning to use GPTimer, but there are some problems.

1.Types_FreqHz freq; can not be found in cc13x0_sdk_2_10_00_36, please correct it.

2.GPTimerCC26XX_setLoadValue(hTimer, loadVal); If I want to interrupt 3.5ms once, how to calculate the loadVal parameter? I need to know the calculation method and timer operating frequency for 16 and 32 bits respectively.

1) Have you tried using the latest SDK, v3.10.00.11? You can download it from -> www.ti.com/.../SIMPLELINK-CC13X0-SDK

Nice to meet you.The author himself said a lot in the post, and our TI employees did not confirm the right or wrong.
1.You directly tell me which header file Type_FreqHz freq is in.
2.The default operating frequency of the timer in 16- and 32-bit mode is 48MHz?

Hello,

48MHz = 48E6 ticks per second, which means 48000 ticks every 1ms. We subtract 1 from here as the counter begins from 0.

1. xdc/runtime/Types.h (look in your ccs folder). It is defined as "xdc_runtime_Types_FreqHz".

2. Check ccfg.c, to see which HF clock source is selected in your project. It may have actual content, or direct you to <startup_files/ccfg.c>, so be sure to check both. The example code you provided looks like it is configured. as 48MHz.

Ok，how is the timer cleared? I found no corresponding API.Can I only use register operations? If the implementation clears GPTimerA at any time?

Hello,

Have you verified if the timer is being cleared?

If you're using TI drivers, while you can use register operations, I do not recommend this as it may interfere with other TI drivers. TI drivers will also clear all necessary flags/register writes.
