Part Number: CC1310

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

Hello to all,

I bought an E70-433T14S2 and I want to program it using the XDS110 which is on LAUNCHXL-CC1350-4.

I connected the Jtag pins TCK and TMS between the E70 and the XDS110 pinouts but the program doesn't load and it says:

Error connecting to the target:
(Error -241 @ 0x0)
A router subpath could not be accessed.
A security error has probably occurred.
Make sure your device is unlocked.
(Emulation package 8.0.903.6)

Can anyone help?

Thank you in advance.

The minimum you have to connect in addition to the JTAG pins are Vdd, Gnd, reset_n.

Please provide a picture on how you have connected the debugger to the board.

Dear TER, thank you for your quick response:

After taking off jumpers, I put  :

TMS on the launchapd with TMSC on E70 (pin19)

TCK on the launchpad with TCKC on E70 (pin18)

3.3V on  the launchpad with Vcc on E70 (pin8)

GND on the launchpad with GND on E70 (pin 2)

    here is a picture:

    I hope this will help.

    Thank you.

    In reply to Abderrahman Aitsaid:

and reset_n? I guess you have it connected since you have 5 wires connected.

  • In reply to TER:

Yes, forgot to mention it, it is connected.

    In reply to Abderrahman Aitsaid:

I don't see anything wrong (I haven't checked the pin numbering on the module). Unfortunately errors like this is difficult to debug remotely since in most cases the reason for the error is something not shown in the post.

    We have resolved the problem,

The thing is that E70 Ebytes contains the cc1310 4XD (4x4mm) and the one in the launchpad is CC1350/CC1310 7XD (7x7mm).

So the problem was the configuration files.

Thank you for your help and I hope this will help someone else!
