I even downloaded the zip file uploaded in the second question and it gave the same error.

I think the new CCS or Contiki-ng caused a bug, did anyone resolve it?

Try to change cc26x0-web-demo.elf to all in step 6.7 of powerpoint.

I tried that and it crashed on generating the .hex file

Do you have srecord installed? And if yes, is in your PATH variable?

Try to copy attached srec related exe files into your C:\Program Files\Git\bin to build again.

so "Build (Incremental Build) has to be "all" instead of "project.elf" and for that, we will need srecords to generate the hex file, as you guys suggested.
