Hi all.

Can i change the ti-15.4 stack RF parameters with Freq band(915 MHz) and how to do it?

we need using the ti 15.4 stack to build our system,but it different with rf freq

the simplelink_cc13x0_sdk_3_10_00_11. Sensor project config.h file mdified for channel 88 ( freq 918.8Mhz)

APIMAC_STD_US_915_PHY_1 (50kbps/2-FSK/915MHz band) has channels 0 - 128.

because this is the legal stand of our country.

Hello Sunny,

After doing more research, we have found that no. Our stack is not developed in a way that you can use the Korea modulation with the korea channel mask.

The chip is capable of doing it, but the stack is not. It is not a feature that has been implemented or is on the road map.

Does it mean you? CC1310 802.15.4 stack sensor software does not support in korea and CC1310 chip can not be used in Korea.

I hate to trouble you, but I would be grateful for your advice about what we ought to do for IOT development in Korea

This problem is urgent for our company ,our partners and our clients.

It is both necessary and important for us to get korea site certification.

I hope to get your continued support on our problem about freq changing for Korea site.

Hello Kim,

The chip can support all three modes, however our TI-15.4stack only supports Mode 1 and 3. The device also supports the particular frequency range, however I am not sure the frequency plan is supported by the software.

I understand what you're saying but I have to solve this issue.

Regarding this issue, I would like to suggest a new approach.

Is it possible?

in case of TI-15.4 stack about Mode 1(simplelink_cc13x0_sdk_3_10_00_11 sensor).

Currently, The 15.4 SDK US Center frequency is 902.2MHz.

Could you please recommend how I only want to change Center frequency as 902.3MHz?

Hello Sunny,

In order to change the center frequency you will need to look for the MAC_STD_US_915_BAND_MODE_1_CENTER_FREQ_KHZ MACRO in mac_pib.h

and change it from 902200 to 902300

Hello AB

If MAC_STD_US_915_BAND_MODE_1_CENTER_FREQ_KHZ is 902300.
and MAC_STD_US_915_BAND_MODE_1_CHAN_SPACING_KHZ is 200.

For example, center_freq (902300) means start value in increments of chan_spacing (200).

is it right for channel, bellow

channel 0 => 902.3 (MAC_STD_US_915_BAND_MODE_1_CENTER_FREQ_KHZ)
channel 1 => 902.5
~
=> 918.7
