Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CC1352R, UNIFLASH
I have 2 CC1352R Launchpads. My goal is to transmit with 1 LP and sniff proprietary packets with second LP and ultimately pipe them into Wireshark. My issue is that SmartRF Packet Sniffer 2 is not recognizing my CC1352R LP device.
I have performed multiple install and uninstalls with the same result. I used the SmartRF Sniffer 2 User Guide, and have installed Uniflash, Wireshark, and SmartRF Packet Sniffer 2 in that order.
This only noted issue is when installing the sniffer, a window pops up stating that it does not recognize that Wireshark is installed in the default location (even though I believe it is). I don't think this has anything to do with not recognizing the CC1352R, but I figured I'd mention it anyway.
I have done a fair amount of research through these trouble-shooting threads and can verify the following:
- I have flashed the correct FW cc1352r1lp/sniffer_fw.hex
- I have the correct CEBAL drivers installed drivers/cabal/win_64bit_x64/cebal2_x64.sys,
- The both device ports (UART and Aux Data) correctly show up in the device manager
What am I missing? Thank you for your time and help.
