LAUNCHXL-CC1310: What is the baud rate of the Serial Wire Viewer (SWV)?

Hi all,

We try to use SWV to printout debug messages without or with little overload on the MCU. We successfully did that on LAUNCHXL-CC1352 board, but we could not do the same for LAUNCHXL-CC1310 board as described in our previous post (). We get "hello world" messages, but they are not clear. We think that we cannot match the baud rate of the SWV. What is the baud rate of SWV? How to compute it?

Hi Seong,

Thank you for the reply and sorry for late response. For CC1310 LaunchPad we computed prescalar as 48000000/115200 - 1 which is 415.667. We set prescalar as 415 and clock frequency as 48000000 but we did not get printouts correctly. Here is the printout we got instead of "hello world\n\r" string:
