CC1310: the reference of each pin to earth impedance

    Hi FI,

    Sorry for my unclear description. We have FA case for CC1310, so we need gain the earth impedance for each pin of CC1310. We are interested in what is classic earth impedance for normal IC. Since we have not found it, Would you pls provide it for us?

    Hi,

    We don't have the Impedance data from each and every Pin to Ground. But please refer to the following Appnote for guide lines on Hardware configuration and PCB Layout guide lines for Impedance on RF Pins.

    If you have FA case then you can send it to TI through proper channel and TI will test the chip and provide you the report. Otherwise you can compare the DC Voltage levels / Resistance from Pin to Gnd  from Good unit to the Bad unit.

    But  FA  team reject our FA request, they think it is because of EOS.

    Have you compared the impedance to ground on the failing board with a working board? With a EOS damage the impedance to ground is typically different from a working board on one or more pins.
