CC1110-CC1111: WOR mode

Hi Team,

My customer using CC1110 for their project. They want to check if the radio is done via RFIF&IRQ_DONE bit after DMA transfer, but this bit is always 0.

1.Is there a register can estimate the accomplishment of radio sending?

2.They use WOR on receiver, and according to the WOR guide, does the TX need to send multiple cycles for WOR?

Hi Viki,

Is the RF Interrupt Mask set accordingly (RFIM register)? Is the IRQ_TXUNF or IRQ_RXOVF bit high after DMA transfer?

What WOR guide are you referring too?

Hi,

He referred the DN111 and CC1110 datasheet. Except that ,here comes a new problem when using DMA.

His code works fine not in PM2. If enters PM2, only the sleep event0 interrupt can wake CC1110 up, others like RXtimeout, RX/TX interrupt all invalid. He checked the internal 32k and external 32Mhz crystal configuration and found nothing. Any suggestion?

How to configure the radio correctly when using DMA, you can find information on here:

When the device is in Power mod, the radio is not active, and the only thing that can wake you up is the SLEEP timer. There is a bug related to enter PM, so you need to follow the work-around in the CC1110 errata note.
