CC1310: 32 slaves using Wireless M-Bus protocol

We need to have a module which is capable to manage 32 slaves (meters) using Wireless M-Bus protocol.

We are using Texas Instruments CC1310/CC1312.

Our questions:

1.       Why CC1310 can’t manage more than 16 meters? How to manage 32 meters using it?

2.       Why CC1312 doesn’t support Wireless M-Bus protocol? How can we run Wireless M-Bus protocol on it to achieve 32 meters’ management using only one module!
