CC1312R: Sensor-collector demo (TI 15.4 stack) vs RTC

Quick question - is the RTC timing required for the collector-sensor demo of TI 15.4 Stack? We would like to skip the low frequency oscillator needed for RTC applications, just want to cross check if this demo can work without RTC.

    Please refer to Section 3.1.2 of SWRA640: http://www.ti.com/lit/swra640

    Only non-beacon mode could possibly be used as beacon and frequency hopping modes require time synchronization.  You can change the LF Clock Source to LF RCOSC inside the TI Devices -> Device Configuration section of the SysConfig file and evaluate functionality for yourself.  Please note that this mode is untested by TI.
