In the page:

It's give a 1.17 version from 01-MAY-2018 but after downloading it, the excel file is of version 1.19 from 26 September 2019.

    Thank you for reporting this. Unfortunately the version number is not always updated on the web page when a new version is available. I have reported this to the web team and hopefully it will be fixed.
