I'm familiar with the IAR Kickstart versions having a code size limit, but I seem to be over the 0x1000 limit just building the peer to peer sample app to use with the RFUSB eval board. I would think that at least the unmodified eval apps would run on the kickstart version. I thought that was the point. Has either the SimpliciTI or IAR code just bloated beyond the limit over the years, or is there some other option for the eval kit to get smaller code or a bigger limit? Obviously IAR will happily take my money for a full edition, but I'm not asking about that. I'm asking if the SimpliciTI example code is supposed to run with the IAR eval license? And if so, how? The code I'm trying to run is "simple_peer_to_peer" which is extremely basic.
