CC1312R: Compliance with regulations: ETSI EN 301 489-1 , ESTI EN 300 220-2 , EN 54-25

Part Number: CC1312R

My customer plan to develop a module using CC1312R and has the following question:

This module includes only the CC1312R and its circuitry as defined in the LAUNCHXL eval board:

-          CC1312R MCU

-          Power supply stage with its external buck converter circuit

-          2 quartz

-          Ballun circuit in order to convert the 3 RF output to a unique antenna output. (the antenna adaptation circuit will be outside of the module)

In the specification, our customer requires that the module shall be compliant with the following regulations:

-          ETSI EN 301 489-1 V2.2.3

-          ESTI EN 300 220-2 V3.2.1

-          EN 54-25 from November 2008

In the CC1312R datasheet, it is mentioned that the device is suitable for systems targeting compliance with following worldwide radio frequency regulations:

-          ETSI EN 300 220 Receiver Category 1.5 and 2, EN 303 131, EN 303 204 (Europe)

-          FCC CFR47 Part 15

-          ARIB STD-T108

I didn’t find any note regarding ETSI EN301 489-1 V2.2.3 and EN54-25 regulation.

Do you know if this device with its own circuitry is suitable for targeting compliance with these two regulations ?

Thanks Josef
