CCS/LAUNCHXL-CC1352P: XDS110 not found

Bit confused here since Device Manager sees the XDS110. How does it look like when you open Flash Programmer 2 when you have the Launchpad connected? 

Where did you get the LAUNCHXL-CC1352P from and what is the revision marked on it?  Please make sure it is not pre-production silicon: https://e2e.ti.com/support/wireless-connectivity/zigbee-and-thread/f/158/t/767777 

The XDS110 drivers are properly installed or else the device would not be enumerating properly inside your Device Manager.  What errors do you see in CCSTUDIO/UNIFLASH/FLASH-PROGRAMMER?  Do the same errors occur if you try using a different computer?

If the Board version is "pre-production", then you won't be able to launch the Board?

Board version is the latest so no worries there.  Still waiting for information regarding where you got the LaunchPad, CCS response, and behavior if using a different PC.

It is very difficult to answer your question. There is no official TI distributor in my country (Russia). So I bought the boards from local electronics suppliers.

Today I tried running the Board on another PC. It works! LaunchPad is correctly detected, Flash-programmer can connect to it and read the processor parameters.
I reinstalled all the TI utilities on my PC. Does not work.

What am I doing wrong?
What else can I do to fix this?

What is the difference between the PCs?

Both PCs have windows 7 installed. The hardware differs significantly.  What should I pay attention to?

Another interesting feature. When connecting LaunchPad to a PC, two serial ports are initialized:
1. XDS110 Class Application/User UART
2. XDS110 Class Auxiliary Data Port

However, Flash Programmer only sees the first port and ignores the second.

However, I can connect to these ports using TeraTerm.

I think the TI software deliberately ignores the XDS110. Is this possible?

I checked on a PC with the same hardware configuration as mine (Chipset AMD B450, CPU Rezen 5 2600), with Win7. Does not work.

The two serial ports shown in the Device Manager versus the one displayed in FLASH-PROGRAMMER 2 is expected behavior.  This appears to be some kind of PC hardware incompatibility problem.
