CC1200EMK-420-470: TCXO circuit components sizing

Part Number: CC1200EMK-420-470

I want to use TCXO for the CC1200EMK-420-470 module instead of normal XOSC.

However, the reference design doesn't specify the values for components in the TCXO circuit, I mean: C321, C322 and R322 

Could you help me with these values?
