I am supporting an existing design which has gone back for recertification for EU markets.
The original design included the capability to enter CW mode for FCC testing. The code deliberately increments the channel number in the CC1101 before entering CW mode. I cannot find the reason for doing this in the code or documentation for the product.
Is there a reason to run the CW test at a slightly higher frequency than other tests? I have not been able to find one in an internet search thus far.
