Thank  you very much for the help.

Similarly I am also looking for 433MHz at 20dBm, can you please help me with that as well.

Also, can you please provide me with the recommendation for which Antenna would be most efficient for above frequencies, 1) 900Mhz,  2) 433Mhz.

I have already gone through TI Antenna Design guide, I need some recommendation considering the form factor for a Module, but also provide maximum power.

Note that 20 dBm on the 433 MHz band is not allowed according to most regulations. Have you checked what is the case where you want to operate? If you still need a 20 dBm circuit for 433 MHz I will try to find it. 

Regarding the antennas, this depends much on size and other factors. Have you looked through the CC-ANTENNA-DK2 documents? Look at chapter 2.4 and 2.5 for a summary of antenna choices for your frequencies. 

An antenna for 433 MHz on a module will struggle to perform well due to the small ground plane on modules.
