In latest spec, I cannot find my part number " CC3200MODR1M2AMOBR" in table6-1

Do you know "CC3200MODR1M2AMOB" 's RAM size?

And also its main chip P/N is CC3200R1M2RGC, am I correct?

    Hi CY,

    You can find the specific part number is section 13.2.1 of the linked datasheet, where the packaging numbers of the CC3200mod is described. The main generic part number of the  CC3200MODR1M2AMOBR is actually CC3200MOD. The CC3200MOD features additional components including a CC3200 in a module package, while the CC3200 only has the CC3200 IC itself.

    All of the CC32xx devices have 256KB of RAM.
