LAUNCHXL-CC3235SF: CC3235SF: How to Apply Service Pack and Check the Applied Service Pack Version

Part Number: LAUNCHXL-CC3235SF
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UNIFLASH, CC3235SF, SYSCONFIG

Dear Sir,

In "image.syscfg", if "Use Service Pack from SDK" is checked, the generated *.sli file will include the service pack in SDK and the service pack will be applied to CC3235SF when "Program Image" button is pressed in "Uniflash".  Is this correct?

How can I check for the current applied service pack version?

Thanks for your time.

Best Regards,

Luke

  • Hi Luke,

The servicepack is taken from the SDK version for that project. In CCS, this is the application project. Open the project properties, go to General and check the Products tab. In standalone SysConfig, this is the SDK version you chose when you created the project. If you want to easily test another version, uncheck "Use Service Pack from SDK" and you can set the file path to another servicepack.

    Best regards,

    Sarah
