CC3200SDK: Service pack update error SL_FS_WRONG_SIGNATURE

What part number is lasered at CC3200 QFN chip (e.g. XC3200HZ)? It seems you may to have pre-production device on your board. Latest supported SDK for pre-production devices is 1.10 with particullar ServicePack.

According image above it seems, that your hardware is equipped by the production version of CC3200.

Do you close service pack file with signature which was supplied with that particular service pack? Are you able to save service pack when your device is equipped by the newer version of service pack (progmmed by Uniflash)?

 yes i am using ota_1.0.0.10.0-2.5.99.4-beta.ucf.signed.bin and ota_1.0.0.10.0-2.5.99.4-beta.ucf.ucf file  for OTA. When i load servicepack_1.0.0.10-2.5.99.4-Beta.bin using Uniflash after that i can OTA any service pack .But unfortunately devices which are in production and running in field  are with below specified service pack on top of that i am unable to ota any service pack.

Reason for updating the service pack is because device was running with old service pack with that i am unable to connect MQTT server. When i am trying to update the latest service pack also i am getting same error  SL_FS_WRONG_SIGNATURE during file close.

May i know where can i get the 2.0.7.0.31.0.0.4.1.1.5.3.3 service pack .

I don't think it is available - it is too old.

What code are you using to store the service pack? how are you reading the signature?
